Design — and the delivery of design — done with intention.
Who we are
Crafted is a design and construction advisory firm for real estate owners who believe the built environment deserves intention.
Born inside Blox Ventures — where it directs design and capital project delivery across the firm’s own portfolio — Crafted offers third-party owners what the design arms of top-tier investment managers keep in-house.
Family of brands
Builds block by block — the investment and ownership platform.
Places every piece with intent — institutional property management.
Makes every detail by choice — design and construction delivery.
